Refund & Return Policy

At MIIB, customer satisfaction is our priority. However, due to the nature of imitation jewelry items, we follow a strict return policy:

1. No Returns on Imitation Jewelry Materials
   • Once an order is placed, returns are not accepted for imitation jewelry items.
   • Orders once placed cannot be cancelled, so kindly choose items carefully before checkout.
2. Damaged or Wrong Products
   • Only damaged or incorrect products are eligible for a replacement or refund.
   • If you receive a wrong or damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos as proof.
   • Upon verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
3. Exchange Policy
   • Products other than wrong or damaged items are not returnable but can be exchanged.
   • For exchanges, customers must send back the product via Speed Post (India Post) at their own cost.
   • Once received and inspected, we will process the exchange accordingly.
